A not-so-daily collection of thoughts and pics about the Rowson clan...and especially Beckett and Ayla.

After forcing us to wait for hours, the grownups finally threw open the gates and It. Was. On. Strange in hindsight, but I only snagged three or four eggs before settling down to examine the contents. I'll chalk it up to leaving some for the other kids.

Once free of the Creepy Bunny, David and I chilled and dove into our loot. Mmmm, jawbreakers.

After no nap, dozens of jellybeans, several cookies and unknown quantities of chocolate, I was there, but not there, ya know what I mean? Dad made some comment about me looking like someone staggering out of the third day of Ozzfest but I was too busy playing jump-rope with giant chocolate bunnies and strands of licorice.

I don't know about you, but that is the creepiest of creepy bunnies. Give ya one guess where his right paw is.

My good friend Grant, his mom and sister, Lyla, came over to dye Easter eggs and eat candy. Good times were had by all.

After touring the Tidal Basin we stopped by the Maine Avenue Fish Market to buy dinner. This salmon and I had a pretty one-sided conversation at one point.

Not a bad lookin' bunch of Rowsons, if I do say so myself.

One day while Grammy and Grampa were here we went to the Tidal Basin up in D.C. It was during the Cherry Blossom Festival, which was really cool. Even cooler were the National Park Service helicopters that kept flying over at 300 feet.

The newly-minted "Grammy" took this picture of me at the park near our house. Aren't I just the most adorable thing ever?

I had a lot of fun playing Legos with Grampa too. We had lots of fun making "Big Towerrrr!

Grammy and Grampa came to visit a couple of weeks ago and we had a blast. One day we went to the park and I played on the slide. As they found out, I like to make strange faces and then, when everyone's laughing, say "Beckett funny!" Oh how I crack myself up.
